If you’re enrolling as a new employee, you become eligible for benefits the first of the month following date of hire and must enroll within thirty days to have coverage for the rest of the plan year. You will also need to enroll for the next plan year’s benefits during the annual enrollment period.

This resource is designed to help you make informed decisions for the upcoming plan year! - You will receive a phone call from (877) 343-0927 at your scheduled time. Please enter your phone number carefully and be prepared to take the call!
- The elections you make during your initial enrollment go into effect on the first of the month following date of hire
- Changes outside of your new hire enrollment window and annual open enrollment can only be made during the year only with a Qualifying Life Event as defined by the IRS, within 30 days of the life event. All Life Events require supporting documentation for review by the ITsavvy Benefits team.
